For a global medical leader in innovative medical solutions in Limburg (Netherlands) we are looking for a Senior Accountant. This team has a great diversity of personalities with an international background.
Functie
- Be a solid business partner and subject matter expert with other finance teams, supply chain management, divisional FP&A, business controls and multi region teams.
- Own EMEA capital equipment inventory accounting (processes), analysis and reporting
- Own key processes related to capital equipment inventory and cost of goods sold accounting
- Execute month/quarter/year-end close processes to ensure timely and accurate close and financial reports preparation.
- Identify and implement process improvement (LEAN)
- Determined focus on analyzing (balance sheet and P&L) accounts, preparing reports, reconciling accounts
- Performing the monthly financial close and consolidation, external and internal reporting and support audits
- Comply with KPI’s and OPIs
- Support internal and external audits (SOX)
Functie-eisen
- Bachelor Financial accounting or Business Economics
- 5+ years of experience
- Self-motivated yet team player and takes ownership in all responsibilities
- Continuous Improvement and analytical mindset
- SAP experience is a plus
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
- Experience with US GAAP and SOX are a plus
Aanbod
A challenging role in a fast growing international environment. Excellent annual salary between €60.000- €85.000,- (incl. 13th month) and attractive secondary benefits: 30 holidays and 10% bonus. Working hybrid (2-3 days at the office).
