We are looking for a Office Manager for a Recycling company located in Weert.  
 
Are you an organized professional with a background in finance or accounting? Do you excel at working independently and maintaining a task-oriented approach? If so, we’re looking for you! We’re seeking a dedicated Office Assistant to join our team. This position requires a service-oriented and customer-focused attitude.

In this role, you’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks across finance, accounting, and HR, serve as a key point of contact for their team, and provide essential support to management to ensure smooth company operations.

Functie

  • Managing the sales and purchases mailbox;
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and transporters;
  • Handling incoming and outgoing invoices;
  • Assisting management with accounts payable and receivable processes;
  • Overseeing time tracking and other HR-related tasks.

Functie-eisen

  • Proven experience in a similar role;
  • A background in finance and accounting is a plus;
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently;
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus

Aanbod

  • A competitive salary between € 2.800,- and € 3.500,- gross;
